Our family team provides a caring and understanding approach to our clients in all areas of family law. We regularly appear in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Court of Protection and the Family Court. Work we undertake includes public and private children’s law, domestic violence, child abduction, wardship, financial settlement and divorce.
Our criminal team undertakes a wide range of criminal cases and regularly appear in the Court of Appeal, Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court.
Our team is experienced in all areas of asylum, human rights and nationality law. They have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Immigration Rules and provide expert advice to instructing Solicitors and their lay clients. The team is also regularly instructed to appear on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Home Department.
