Sanjay joined our Chambers as a tenant in 2017 after completing his pupillage with us.
Prior to joining us, Sanjay had obtained nearly 4 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Immigration and Asylum Law as a paralegal. Sanjay’s practice covers all aspects of Immigration and Asylum Law including providing verbal advice in conference and written opinions; representing clients in bail hearings, appeal hearings and judicial review hearings across the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal; drafting skeleton arguments, grounds of appeal and grounds for judicial review.
Sanjay’s Private Family practice involves advising clients on applications for non-molestation orders, occupation orders and private law child arrangement orders. Sanjay regularly appears in the Family Court representing clients in with/without notice hearings, fact-finding hearings and final hearings.
