Richard's Crime practice sees him appearing in Crown Courts all over the country representing clients for all types of criminal offences from Robbery to the most serious offences in the criminal calendar. His Immigration practice covers all aspects of Immigration matters and he is willing to travel to out of town IAC hearing centres subject to travel disbursements. The Public & Private Family Law cases Richard covers see him appear in the County Courts and Family Proceedings Courts on a regular basis. He covers all areas of Family cases including Ancillary Relief. In relation to Richard's Civil practice Richard receives a mixed bag of Instructions ranging from Planning, Environmental Law, Contract, Construction, Personal Injury etc. Richard has appeared and advised on complex civil causes.
